OrthoLoneStar (OLS) is the largest independent Orthopedic practice in Texas. Azalea Orthopedics – Founded in 1993, Azalea Orthopedics serves all of East Texas with offices in Tyler, Athens, Longview, Lufkin, Nacogdoches, Mount Pleasant and Palestine.

Carrell Clinic – Since 1921, the Carrell Clinic has been serving the musculoskeletal needs of patients in Dallas, Frisco and surrounding communities.

Fondren Orthopedic Group – Fondren has offices that span across the Houston area including Cypress, Baytown, Baytown North, Katy, Memorial, Clear Lake, Gulf Freeway, Pearland, Kingwood, Sugar Land and surrounding communities.

Texas Orthopaedic Associates serves patients across the Dallas Forth Worth metro area, Plano, Weatherford, Keller and surrounding areas.

Texas Orthopedics Sports & Rehabilitation Associates – Founded in 1986 serving the Austin metro area, Round Rock, Leander, Lakeway, Kyle and surrounding communities.
